TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Tru Tech will provide all materials, labour and equipment to perform the work description. Should the quote be agreed upon past the close date the materials are to be re-calculated as events, costs, and shipping status may have changed since submission. 2. This quotation is valid for acceptance within 30 days. 3. A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon. 4. This quotation is based on the above scope of work. 5. Any back charges to Tru Tech must be mutually agreed to in writing, and reconciled monthly. 6. Progress invoices, if necessary, are to be paid within 30 days from invoice submittal unless otherwise agreed upon. Overdue accounts will be subject to a service charge of 5% per annum over prime rate charged by BMO, calculated and compounded monthly. 7. We guarantee workmanship for one year from completion. Equipment and materials supplied by Tru Tech are guaranteed to the same extent that is provided by the supplier or manufacturer. 8. Acceptance of a contract is subject to Tru Tech approving a current credit application. New clients may be required to place a deposit prior to mobilization, and pay upon completion. 9. Tru Tech shall be liable only for direct damages resulting from negligence in performance of its tasks under this Agreement. In no event will Tru Tech be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss or damages suffered by the Client. Tru Tech shall not be liable for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control including environmental, financial, and otherwise.
